Accommodations
Northern Lights Comedy is presented by Camp Tamakwa Inc.
Camp Tamakwa is located on a stunning boat-only access site in Algonquin Provincial Park. Tamakwa has been a summer camp haven since 1936, offering adventure, tradition, and a strong sense of community on the shores of South Tea Lake. Now, it's home to a new kind of gathering—one that blends the spirit of camp with the energy of live comedy. Click here for more information about the location and directions.

Food and Accommodations
Everyone lives in cabins—substantial wood cottages with electricity. There are bathroom facilities (we call them "biffies") in all the cabins used for Adult Camp, unless specifically noted or requested.
We eat family style, everyone in the dining hall—or, if it's a beautiful evening, a spread will be set up outside. Our kitchen is operated by a professional catering service. The food is prepared on-premises and breads, and baked goods are homemade.
The three daily meals have three courses each. While the regular menu often includes meat, an alternative menu is available for vegetarians. In addition, a fresh fruit snack is served daily, as well as a light snack before bed. Please let us know if you have any food preferences or allergies.
A full meal plan is included with all accommodation bookings.
